Right to dignity, privacy, humane care, freedom from mental and physical abuse, neglect, and exploration.

Right to live as normally as possible while receiving care and treatment. 

Right to receive age-appropriate treatment, access to medical care and habilitation, and the right to an individualized written program plan upon admission to maximize development. 

Right to confidentiality. 

Right to consent to refuse treatment offered, including behavior management policies; expect in certain emergency situations.

Right to exercise all civil rights.

Right to to be involved in your treatment and planning process.

Right to be notified in advance of all potential risks and benefits of treatment as well as emergency procedures.

Right to choose the provider agency that best meets your needs.

Right to appeal anytime a services is denied, suspended, or reduced by Medicaid.

Right to be from unnecessary or excessive medications.
